Yes, it is possible to get an early appointment for a U.S. visa under circumstances, like when there is an emergency or if you’ve urgent travel needs. In these situations, you can request an expedited appointment through the U.S. embassy or consulate.

If you do not have an urgent issue or provide enough evidence as to why you should get an early appointment, you’ll not be allowed one.

If you want to get an early appointment, you must provide valid reasons and supporting documents to back your reason up.

However, I must warn you that even at this, approval is not guaranteed and depends on the availability and the discretion of the consulate.

Keenly monitor your work hours to ensure you do not go over the limit again. Depending on how many hours you worked, there may be no need to inform the UK Home Office, however, you must ensure that this mistake does not repeat itself.

The UK authorities take student work hours seriously and you must do your best to follow the rules to stay out of trouble.

Yes, international students can withdraw from a class, but it will affect their study permit status. Before withdrawing, talk to your academic advisor and the international student office to ensure it won't negatively affect your visa status.
