As someone who has a Canadian student visa, is it possible for me to use my visa to visit the USA without having to get another visa?

No, you cannot visit the USA with your Canadian student visa. If you hold a valid Canadian student visa and wish to visit the USA, you still need to apply for a US visitor visa (B-1/B-2) separately.
To apply, fill out the application form and submit it together with other necessary documents.
No, you need to apply for a US visitor visa if you want to visit the USA. When I wanted to visit the USA as a student in Canada, I was told that I can’t visit the USA without obtaining a separate US visa. I applied for a B-1/B-2 visitor visa to enter the USA from Canada for tourism.
